Job Description

Global Manufacturing company seeks an experience Customer Service Manager to oversee two locations within the personal care/home care packaging business unit.  Will work on strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency and will oversee employees in both the Mukwonago location and our Illinois location.  Must have proven Customer Service management experience within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive initiative that enable proactivity with the customer experience using data-driven decision-making while following standard operating procedures.
• Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and define customer service standards and metrics.  
• Monitor, track and measure reports on customer satisfaction levels including KPIs, and objectives.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to optimize the customer experience.
• Develops and trains divisional Customer Service staff:  Supervise, coach, guide, and develop team members leading to overall professional development and talent pipeline succession planning
• Mentor, train and update staff  to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution.
• Be available as the final layer of escalation.
• Monitor order backlog to recognize trends, investigate variances and keep the business advised of adjustments.

Requirements include:

•  5-10 years of work experience in customer services and support preferably in a B2B business sector.
• 2+ years experience managing exempt level employees.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field such as Business Management, Communications, Finance, Operations or Supply Chain Management.
