Amazing opportunity for a Bilingual Spanish Guest Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy hotel in the heart of Brooklyn, NY. This hotel is partnering with the local government to host the migrant population coming into the state.  

IMMEDIATE START AND CONSISTENT WORK SCHEDULE - EMPLOYEES WORKING ON HOLIDAYS WILL GET PAID TIME AND A HALF FOR EACH HOUR WORKED!

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee shipment tracking data entry with RRT data team
• Participates in departmental performance improvement training and in-servicing
• Utilizes appropriate supplies with minimal waste. Respects and maintains the confidentiality of information relative to customers. Strives to maintain a positive work environment
• Set up and breakdown/clean up at end of day
• Creating an even interval of appointments and working with the supervisor of the site
• Monitor appointments to confirm with the local state/county rules or supplies on hand
• Assist with scheduling travel and relocation arrangements for clients and patients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED
• Bilingual Spanish is required
• General computer knowledge (data entry is a plus)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience on the service/hospitality industry is a plus.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask

CHOOSE EITHER THE A OR B SHIFT:

A shift is Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and alternate Wednesdays

B shift is alternate Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays

AM: 6:30am-3:30pm

PM: 3:00pm-11:30pm

Overnight: 11:00pm-7:30am
