Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Child Care employee to join our team! The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of child development and some education and can work well with staff and families alike to ensure educational, fun activities year-round. If you do not have it but are willing to be trained, you will still be considered

Responsibilities

1. Welcome parents in a friendly manner making sure they sign their kids in and out.
2. Follow the menu of the day for kids’ breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner
3. Follow the schedule provided by the provider.
4. Follow the lesson plan for the week.
5. Light clean-up after every meal and snack

Qualifications

Meet state-specific guidelines and hold any applicable certifications

Experience previously working directly with children or willing to be trained

Ability to build strong relationships with coworkers and families to ensure a positive learning experience
