    Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD) Zion Restoration Counseling Services, LLC is a psychotherapy practice seeking diverse, committed, warm and compassionate Licensed Clinicians (license eligible) in Virginia or DC. to join our Collaborative Healthcare team. Must hold a Virginia or DC License as an LMSW LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. Psy.D. We help people who aren't sure if therapy was designed for them to find an approach to mental health care that honors all the facets of who they are and helps them combine knowledge and self-awareness into choices that cultivate a more purposeful and fulfilling life. If you are passionate, creative, and team-spirited, then we are the practice for you! We are looking for full and part-time clinicians who specialize in treating Children, Teens, Individuals, and Couples. Must have knowledge and skills in a treatment modality (ex. CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, EFT, Gottman Method, or Solutions focused or interested in training in one of these modalities). Must have an interest in facilitating/co-facilitating skills groups and a willingness to learn integrative interventions in order to provide holistic care to clients. Benefits: • A steady stream of referrals • W-2 salary • Administrative support • Hybrid schedule • Paid time off • Holiday pay • Health insurance • Dental Insurance • Short-term disability • Supplemental Insurance • Retirement with 3% matching • Professional liability insurance • Access to professional and developmental training • Weekly peer consultations • Flexible work schedule • Specialized training available Responsibilities: • Experienced and enthusiastic about working with clients from a relational and systemic perspective • Comfortable with and eager to grow their knowledge of working with clients and colleagues representing many cultural, racial, and religious identities • A team player looking to work in a collaborative practice where you can learn and share your expertise • Provide compassionate and clinically appropriate psychotherapy services to clients as assigned in-person and/or via teletherapy • Maintain clinical and billing documentation utilizing our EHR in accordance with practice policies and procedures, HIPAA, state and professional guidelines • Maintain a current license in VA and/or DC • Attend and participate in our monthly peer supervision group in addition to other professional development opportunities throughout the year • Work in collaboration with the administrative team to ensure that scheduling, billing, and communication with clients are up to date and managed in a manner in keeping with professional best practices as well as our practice policies • Able to work a flexible schedule with at least 30 open client slots/week and maintain an average of 28 per week. Must include a minimum of 1 evening (till 6 pm or later) OR weekend availability Qualifications: • MUST HOLD A CURRENT VIRGINIA OR DC LICENSE AS A LICENSED MASTERS'S SOCIAL WORKER, LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR, LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER, LICENSED MARRIAGE FAMILY THERAPIST, OR PSYCHOLOGIST. (please do not apply if you are provisionally licensed) • Have 1- 2 years of post-licensure experience, preferably in private practice, and REGISTERED WITH CAQH • Must be able to complete documentation by established deadlines • Able to communicate effectively • Have good clinical writing skills • Able to work independently • Must be team-spirited and work collaboratively with other team members • Good attitude • Problem-solver • Must have a good work ethic and demonstrate integrity • Good organizational skills and time management • Eager to learn and grow professionally • Interested in holistic care • Candidates must be open to engaging in community events (when safe) to promote visibility and market services • Must be willing to work a minimum of 20 hours for (PT) and 28 (FT) • Must live within a 50-mile radius of the office (Fairfax, VA) • Potential to start sooner if paneled with the following insurance: Carefirst, Anthem, Cigna, and/or United Healthcare • Must be able to work 1 to 2 evenings a week or Saturdays, a must REQUIRED EDUCATION: • Master’s Degree • LICENSE REQUIREMENT: MUST HOLD A VIRGINIA LICENSE AND/OR DC LICENSE Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
