    We are seeking an Office Administrative Executive Assistant to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle administrative needs of Executive
    • Arrange conference calls and meetings
    • Plan work-related travel details
    • Receive visitors
    • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc. 
    • Maintain and order supplies
    • Must be able to do online research for work projects

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant in the Maintenance or Property Management Industry
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Strong attention to detail

    Education and Experience Requirements 

    • High school diploma or equivalent education required 

    • 3 years minimum of administrative assistant experience 

    • Prior experience working in a Maintenance or Property Management office 

    • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat 

    • Must have reliable transportation to and from the office
