    Sales supervisors are expected to motivate and lead a team of sales representatives to maximize selling potential, customer service, and account relationships. This individual is responsible for sales volume, distribution, programming, and planning efforts for accounts within the assigned sales territory. Individuals must identify business opportunities to promote company products and develop plans to execute with their team members.

    Job Responsibilities: Manage, lead, motivate, and develop personnel including: selection, performance management, employee relations, and discipline Maintain retail call frequency and conduct ride withs and team sells as required Establish and monitor quality control standards, product freshness, and finished product loss Review and analyze sales data Develop and execute Impact Excellence programs to drive key sales objectives Develop, implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators as it relates to the Sales Department Ensure compliance with all state and federal legal guidelines, Wholesaler Equity Agreement, and standards and policies from our suppliers Respond, investigate and resolve retailer questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner Manage expenses for assigned area of responsibility Participate in samplings to support brand awareness and consumer trials Participate in supplier meeting and company gatherings Know and use the structured sales process during all sales calls and coach sales people in this process. Call on assigned national and local retail accounts Be the supervisory point of contact for all accounts that fall under your sales team Work with the operations team to resolve issues with merchandising and deliveries. Organize and order point of sale material Manage draft cleaning team to ensure cleanliness of the dispensing equipment in retail accounts Manage keg inventory and special events orders and ensure proper procedures are followed Develop the ability to troubleshoot draft line systems Complete employee reviews and development plans for your team members Provide content in the general sales meetings

    Qualifications: proficiency in advanced computer systems and applications College degree or equivalent work experience Proficient in Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Ability to work in a fast pace environment Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position: Bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling with weight in excess of 160 lbs Achieve appropriate training certificates within 6 months of position Valid Driver’s License with proof of no-fault insurance Sales and customer service experience Professional appearance Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships and deliver high quality service to our customers Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and comradery Availability on the occasional weekend, evening, or holiday event

    Salary Range: DOE $55,000 - $65,000 / year with bonuses and incentives.
