ZIPLIENS ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT POSITION

ZIPLIENS HAS AN OPENING FOR A RESOURCEFUL AND CREATIVE ACCOUNT MANAGER. THIS IS PRIMARILY A TELEWORKING POSITION AND REQUIRES A HIGH LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE AND ABILITY TO OPERATE AND MANAGE IN A VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT.
THE ACCOUNT MANAGER POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING POSITIVE CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS AND HIGH-QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUR TOP PRIORITY. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DEDICATED AND PERSONABLE INDIVIDUAL TO MAINTAIN CLIENT’S ACCOUNTS AND SERVE AS MAIN POINT OF CONTACT. THIS POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLIENT RELATIONSHIP BUILDING AND COMMUNICATION EFFORTS TO SUPPORT A GROWING BUSINESS.
CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS ESSENTIAL PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDING INTEGRITY, INITIATIVE, GOOD JUDGMENT, AND THE ABILITY TO WORK COOPERATIVELY WITH OTHERS.
OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE
ACT AS THE MAIN POINT OF CONTACT IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO GROWING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS AND CUSTOMER NEEDS
BUILD AND STRENGTHEN CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS TO ACHIEVE LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIPS
MONITOR CLIENT’S DATA, TRACK CLIENTS PROGRESS, AND CREATE CLIENT REPORTS
WORK WITH SALES AND OTHER INTERNAL TEAMS TO DEVELOP STRATEGIC PLANNING AND ENSURE KPIS ARE MET
DEVELOP A COMPREHENSIVE UNDERSTANDING OF THE ZIPLIENS SERVICE TO BETTER ASSIST AND SUPPORT THE SALES TEAM AND CLIENT BASE
DAILY AND WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES
HANDLE INQUIRIES AND REQUESTS FROM CUSTOMERS AND ADDRESS THEIR NEEDS IN A TIMELY MANNER
MONITOR PROGRESS OF CLIENTS WITHIN THE ZIPLIENS SALES PLATFORM
TRACK AND ANALYZE KEY ACCOUNT DATA, CREATE CLIENT ANALYSIS, AND IDENTIFY DATA TRENDS
MEET REGULARLY WITH SALES AND OPERATIONS TEAMS TO DISCUSS PROGRESS AND CHANGES FOR IMPROVED CLIENT RELATIONS
UTILIZE INTERNAL SOFTWARE TO READ AND ANALYZE REPORTS
ASSESS AND IDENTIFY MISSED SALES OPPORTUNITIES AND COMMUNICATE RECOMMENDATIONS TO SALES TEAM REGULARLY
COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY AT MULTIPLE LEVELS AND ADVISE LEADERSHIP ON CRITICAL MATTERS
ASSIST/LEAD IN VIDEO CONFERENCING TRAINING OF THE ZIPLIENS SOFTWARE
DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN A SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE
POSSESS HIGH LEVEL OF ACUMEN IN INTERPERSONAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
EXPERIENCE PERFORMING BUSINESS ANALYSIS FROM DATA REPORTS
STRONG WORKING KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE WITH COMPUTERS AND MICROSOFT APPLICATIONS
