    ZIPLIENS ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT POSITION

    ZIPLIENS HAS AN OPENING FOR A RESOURCEFUL AND CREATIVE ACCOUNT MANAGER. THIS IS PRIMARILY A TELEWORKING POSITION AND REQUIRES A HIGH LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE AND ABILITY TO OPERATE AND MANAGE IN A VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT.

    THE ACCOUNT MANAGER POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING POSITIVE CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS AND HIGH-QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUR TOP PRIORITY. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DEDICATED AND PERSONABLE INDIVIDUAL TO MAINTAIN CLIENT’S ACCOUNTS AND SERVE AS MAIN POINT OF CONTACT. THIS POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLIENT RELATIONSHIP BUILDING AND COMMUNICATION EFFORTS TO SUPPORT A GROWING BUSINESS.

    CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS ESSENTIAL PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDING INTEGRITY, INITIATIVE, GOOD JUDGMENT, AND THE ABILITY TO WORK COOPERATIVELY WITH OTHERS.

    OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

    • ACT AS THE MAIN POINT OF CONTACT IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO GROWING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS AND CUSTOMER NEEDS

    • BUILD AND STRENGTHEN CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS TO ACHIEVE LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIPS

    • MONITOR CLIENT’S DATA, TRACK CLIENTS PROGRESS, AND CREATE CLIENT REPORTS

    • WORK WITH SALES AND OTHER INTERNAL TEAMS TO DEVELOP STRATEGIC PLANNING AND ENSURE KPIS ARE MET

    • DEVELOP A COMPREHENSIVE UNDERSTANDING OF THE ZIPLIENS SERVICE TO BETTER ASSIST AND SUPPORT THE SALES TEAM AND CLIENT BASE

    DAILY AND WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • HANDLE INQUIRIES AND REQUESTS FROM CUSTOMERS AND ADDRESS THEIR NEEDS IN A TIMELY MANNER

    • MONITOR PROGRESS OF CLIENTS WITHIN THE ZIPLIENS SALES PLATFORM

    • TRACK AND ANALYZE KEY ACCOUNT DATA, CREATE CLIENT ANALYSIS, AND IDENTIFY DATA TRENDS

    • MEET REGULARLY WITH SALES AND OPERATIONS TEAMS TO DISCUSS PROGRESS AND CHANGES FOR IMPROVED CLIENT RELATIONS

    • UTILIZE INTERNAL SOFTWARE TO READ AND ANALYZE REPORTS

    • ASSESS AND IDENTIFY MISSED SALES OPPORTUNITIES AND COMMUNICATE RECOMMENDATIONS TO SALES TEAM REGULARLY

    • COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY AT MULTIPLE LEVELS AND ADVISE LEADERSHIP ON CRITICAL MATTERS

    • ASSIST/LEAD IN VIDEO CONFERENCING TRAINING OF THE ZIPLIENS SOFTWARE

    • KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN A SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE

    • POSSESS HIGH LEVEL OF ACUMEN IN INTERPERSONAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS

    • EXPERIENCE PERFORMING BUSINESS ANALYSIS FROM DATA REPORTS

    • STRONG WORKING KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE WITH COMPUTERS AND MICROSOFT APPLICATIONS

    • ABILITY TO MULTITASK, PRIORITIZE AND WORK WELL UNDER PRESSURE

    • EXCELLENT ANALYTICAL AND RESEARCH SKILLS
