As a member of the Product Development team, you’ll use skills in problem solving, development planning, user interface design, and collaboration with marketing - to shape the future of food ordering experiences.

Zippi is looking to hire a React and Flutter Developer to join our amazing team as a vital contributor to our flagship product. You will be defining, designing, building, maintaining, and scaling new and innovative products and services for our restaurant partners.

This is the chance to come in at the ground floor of an opportunity and get the chance to set the direction and refinement of our technology stack, processes and standards. We’re looking for an individual who also enjoys mentoring teammates and leveraging your experience to increase the productivity of other developers.

What You'll Do:

· Design and build new features and capabilities within the Platform

· Write scalable, performant, readable and tested code

· Participate in technical decisions and collaborate with talented peers

· Review code, implementations and give meaningful feedback that helps others build better solutions

· Write documentation

· Take responsibility and ownership of project timelines and deliverables

Experience in the following areas:

· Strong real time experience in developing React JS based applications (with Redux is preferable)

· Javascript, HTML and CSS is a must.

· Chrome developer tools, including knowing how to diagnose and fix perfomance issues

· Understanding or Google Firestore and its services

· Comfortable with source control (git branching model knowledge is a plus)

· Understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills are an absolute must.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

· Value close collaboration with product and design

· Prefer iterating quickly with modern DevOps and Agile processes

· Experience working with backend web frameworks and technologies

· Experience working APIs and understanding interactions between services
