This person will be the primary support person and data expert for the Solumina Manufacturing Execution System.
This position will work with many functional departments including Engineering, Quality, Operations and Shop Floor personnel.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle new user requests in Solumina and maintain current users Troubleshoot common issues in Solumina.Work with the end users to determine root cause of problems and help to provide solutions. Develop standard work to aid in problem solving and resolution.Assist with the testing and implementation of system changes and implementation.
Attend company strategic meetings to discuss Solumina projects and initiatives.Create and develop reports using the data warehousing information made available by SAP and Solumina.Perform data analysis on data gathered to provide maximum value for the site. Generate ad-hoc reports by using available software and tools.Help to automate data collection and reporting processes
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in SQL, Excel and VBA
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
Understanding of data modeling and database design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
