    About The Role

    We are hiring a Head of Marketing based in our New York office. In this role, you will lead an all-star Marketing team (Google Marketing Live's 2022 Featured Firm) and grow the firm to the next level. The role is expected to hone and champion the Zoe Brand. It involves overseeing planning, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital performance channels (including but not limited to paid search, display, and paid social) while identifying, building, and managing strategic growth partnerships with relevant industry publishers. This role oversees the execution and tracking of CRM initiatives on Hubspot, including but not limited to weekly newsletters, email campaigns, and workflows.

    This role is also responsible for creating a cohesive content strategy and overseeing the creation of relevant industry-leading content and sales-enablement materials for client- and advisor-facing audiences. In this role, you will also be expected to manage internal stakeholders and work cross-functionally with leaders from the Sales, Product, and Business Development functions to drive impact. This role is responsible for crafting Press releases, performing media pitches, managing Press inquiries, and coordinating with Media partners. As Head of Marketing, you are also expected to perform market research; staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance our competitive advantage. Finally, we expect this role to dig into the data to understand and double-click on what is fueling the growth of the business.

    Education and Experience

    ● BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience.

    ● +7 years of experience in Growth Marketing, preferably with demand generation or growth experience

    ● Ability to work freely in a startup environment and cross-functionally influence management, align stakeholders and execute quickly with business partners.

    ● Experience in working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and marketing automation tools.

    ● Experience in financial industry market research

    ● Experience with partnership development and management - willing to travel

    ● Experience in lead generation through organic, affiliate, inbound, and digital marketing

    ● Knowledgeable about marketing funnels, lead scoring, lead profiling, and other methods of the lead qualification process

    ● Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills

    ● Previous experience working with digital agencies, startups, or related companies.

    ● Prior Experience in the finance or tech industries is a plus.
