    As Zoe accelerates growth, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to act as the right hand of our CEO Andres Garcia Amaya. The position is intended for one with a strong interest in learning entrepreneurship and ambitions beyond a Chief of Staff role. 

    This role will be ideal for someone who enjoys navigating ambiguity, runs towards challenges, and enjoys the dynamic nature of a fast-moving startup. This is a rare opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the executive operations and overall growth of one of the country's fastest-growing Wealthtech startups.

    POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

    • Aide on the execution of strategic and cross-functional initiatives and drive company priorities.
    • Proactively manage, assess and predict the day-to-day needs of the CEO to ensure he is prepared and organized for all internal and external meetings and events.
    • Seamlessly manage email coordination, calendar scheduling, and a wide variety of priorities for the CEO
    • Handle confidential information and communications tactfully, with efficiency and attention to details
    • Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively assemble the appropriate people and resources to solve problems

    EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

    • BA/BS required
    • Native Verbal and written English
    • No prior Chief of Staff experience necessary
