    About The Role As a founding member of the Sales Team here at Zoe Financial you thrive without a roadmap or script. The key responsibility of an SDR is to provide a great experience to inbound users searching for their financial advisor on Zoe. Your job is to build trust by guiding and educating our users through a complicated buying process to find the right fit for their needs. 

    You're a motivated, high-energy self-starter who gets excited about picking up the phone and affecting change. You're unabashedly curious and insanely helpful, with a high level of emotional intelligence in order to meaningfully connect with a diverse set of individuals. You're a high performer who has a demonstrated history of setting the bar for what success looks like in past roles.

    Requirements:

    • 1-3 years of experience in sales
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Proven track record managing sales pipeline channels
    • Ability to manage time effectively, setting and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality of work
    • Self-motivator with a collaborative spirit 
    • Flexibility in adapting to new technologies and environments
