Responsibilities Essential Functions: * Assist in the formatting of education materials for the full-time and per diem Clinical Education teams. * Create a template for the new quarterly Clinical Education team newsletter. * Assist in the editing and revamping of educational materials for customers. * Support miscellaneous administrative tasks such as reformatting of documents for internal and external education purposes. Qualifications Skill Requirements: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. * Must have thorough knowledge and experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite of programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe PDF editing. * Excellent follow-up and interpersonal skills, positive attitude and work ethic, a self-starter and problem solver. Must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment. Education/Training/Experience Requirements: * Undergraduate student who is majoring in biological sciences, engineering, or marketing, with an interest in gaining experience in the medical device industry. * Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. * Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
