We offer commercial real estate underwriting, acquisition due diligence, asset management, zoning, loan closing, and insurance review services. Job Purpose
The Zoning Analyst I is an important role within the Zoning department. The position entails working with city and county employees across the country confirming zoning designations, jurisdictions, and compliance. The position requires a high level of multi-tasking, organization, and an ability to stay on top of municipal contacts. The position requires critical thinking skills for completion of Zoning Compliance Reports as well as client communication skills while dealing with a variety of client types.

Working conditions
This position works in an office and is eligible for some Telework after probationary period. Some travel may be required.
