PRIMARY FUNCTION:

We are looking for a passionate, driven Affiliate Marketing Manager who wants to join a high energy, uber growth digital team.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing and working closely with the Affiliate Marketing Specialist and other members of the Marketing, eCommerce and Customer Experience Teams, the Affiliate Marketing Manager will lead affiliate marketing channel activities and drive continuous performance improvement

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop strategic vision for acquisition and revenue growth in the affiliate channel
• Partner with analytics and Sr. Manager to develop test plans, work with top publishers for flawless execution and scale based on results with the goal of driving increased efficiency and growth 
• Oversee the daily planning, execution and monitor reporting/tracking of affiliate marketing campaigns
• Own the affiliate budget including all media placements and performance-based spend
• Optimize current publisher portfolio by setting benchmarks, negotiating rates, increasing our brand exposure, and testing new offers
• Maintain constant communication with affiliate network and publishers through status meetings and quarterly/yearly reviews
• Seek out new partnerships and develop opportunities with new and existing partners 
• Monitor network for compliance of program terms and conditions
• Build partnerships with Customer Experience, Customer Service, Analytics, IT and Brand 
• Analyze program results, Zoro B2B customer profiles, purchase patterns, competition and products sold to develop test plans for increased efficiency and growth 
• Drives Growth:
• Drive acquisition, retention, increased frequency and AOV for all Zoro affiliate customers 
• Analyze business trends, key metrics, and online customer experience and react as necessary to ensure financial KPI’s are being met

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 3-4 years’ experience working on large affiliate marketing programs (agency or in-house), B2B experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
• Ability to measure partner performance and translate data into actionable objectives
• Experience with affiliate platforms (Commission Junction experience a plus) and marketing analytics tools
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to project manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
