Position: Zscaler Engineer

NARIK CONSULTING, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zscaler Engineer to join our team. As a Zscaler Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our Zscaler cloud security platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Zscaler cloud security solutions for our clients
• Configure and maintain Zscaler policies, rules, and filters
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Zscaler platform
• Monitor and analyze Zscaler traffic and provide recommendations for optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of Zscaler solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation related to Zscaler configurations and processes
• Stay updated on the latest Zscaler features and updates, and provide recommendations for their implementation
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Zscaler cloud security platform
• Strong understanding of network security concepts and protocols
• Experience with configuring and managing Zscaler policies, rules, and filters
• Knowledge of Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) is preferred
• Familiarity with other cloud security platforms such as Palo Alto Networks, Cisco Umbrella, or Symantec CloudSOC
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Zscaler certifications (ZCCA, ZCCP, etc.) are a plus
