Job Description
JOB PURPOSE: To provide excellent service and support to Zumtobel Agents and Regional Sales Managers in accordance with the company vision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with various internal departments to obtain information and paperwork to meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Respond in a positive, helpful and professional manner to customer requests via phone, fax or e-mail.
- Be a team player and respond in a positive, cooperative and professional manner to internal customers.
- To manage major projects for agents as assigned.
- Order entry responsibilities.
- Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter replacement and urgent orders.
- Cover the accounts of other customer service coordinators as needed.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- MUST HAVE B2B CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- BS Preferred.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with others.
- 3+ years Sales/service experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of lighting industry or electrical contracting a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry required.
