THE POSITION: We are looking for an Application Developer. The pay range we offer is $60,000 to $120,000 per year. We offer a generous compensation plan based on industry standards and your experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Work authorization (required).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL or Oracle.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Independent work style and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven fluency in English.
• Ability to track daily duties and time.

RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Application Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software development principles and be able to work independently and collaboratively with other developers.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
• Analyze user requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing applications.
• Develop technical documentation for applications.
• Collaborate with other developers to ensure the quality of code.
• Monitor application performance and optimize code accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends.
