Zurich Home Design is a general contractor that focuses on residential home improvements and energy efficient upgrades. We work with the PACE program (Property Assessed Clean Energy) to deliver homeowners with energy renovation upgrades. Our energy products include cool roofing, solar systems, cool paint, insulation, HVAC, windows, draught tolerant landscaping and many more such products.

We do it all from kitchen remodel , bathroom, flooring, or a simple paint job. 

We also do new ADU’s New construction and commercial buildings.  The Company is licensed, bonded, and insured. ZURICH HOME DESIGN is in good standing with the Contractors State License Board (CSLB). Lic 1069378 The Company services all throughout Southern CA including Los Angeles County to Orange County and some parts of Riverside County. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and inspired people to join our team. You must be assertive enough, in a pleasant way, to close the sales. All departments of the company work together as one team, helping each other to achieve the company's end goals And your end goals. The pay for this position is above the average company who specializes in home improvement energy efficient products. After a lead cost, there is a very favorable split between the company and the salesperson which is WHY the monthly income is above average for this industry. We want to keep you motivated!

Yes its straight commission. For example each deal you can make between $500-$1,000. If you sale one a week that’s an average of 4,000 a month . What it you sale 2 or 3 or even 5 a week. $$$

we give you a sign on bonus after 90 days with the company of $500. Just to start.

Experience is recommended but not required.

It is important for you, the salesperson, to focus on what you do best which is the "Art of the Sale", For this reason Zurich home design  has generated a program so you do NOT need to generate all your own leads because we will provide leads for you! We've done the walking, so YOU do the talking! You will be provided with 1-3 confirmed appointments daily to ensure we put you in a position for success!

Must have a car. You need to provide your own gas. Everything is is commission based.

Qualifications:

Construction experience or any typos of sales in this is dusty but not required we will have training

bilingual English and Spanish.

Close deals and pick up checks.

Project manager will be a sign to all your deals so you will just only focused on closing deals after deals. 

Sales person : MUST HAVE

Good networking, communication skills • Must be able to work 100% commission • Must have a positive attitude where you are trainable! • Be able to start asap!
