Qualifications
- Minimum 6-10 years’ experience in financial functions with a track record of progression.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/finance/business or related field, CPA designation preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and particularly strong Excel skills involving pivot tables, dynamic formulas.
- Previous experience with ERP systems and consolidations systems, OneStream software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work extended hours as job dictates – e.g. month-end, strategic plan & budget
- Strong problem solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to work well on a cross functional team, operate in a cooperative work environment, and drives continuous improvement.
- Detail oriented perspective and drives accountability.
- Well organized and self-directed individual.
- Excellent understanding of financial reports and analysis
- Highly motivated with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
