Job Description

The Sales Support Specialist owns the administration of all SaaS and Digital Freight Marketplace sales life cycle and customer experience. The Sales Support Specialist manages projects for all stakeholders, including external communications and internal processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to the Sales and Executive teams both involved in SaaS and brokerage - managing sales meetings, travel coordination, taking minutes, and follow-up
• Assist in the customer qualification process: qualifying leads through market research and analysis to help the Sales team prioritize
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product Development teams related to customer onboarding, implementations, training, and account management
• Assist in some activities for customer-related special events, high-level meetings, and office visits when necessary
• Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and reporting tools

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 2 years of office administration, sales, and/or executive support experience
• Presentation skills with a very keen eye for detail
• Strong sense of urgency, ability to communicate clearly and effectively under pressure
• Proficiency in the use of Excel, Adobe, G-Suite, Monday and/or other project management tools
• Bachelor's degree preferred
