We’re currently looking for a talented, motivated Digital Advertising & Content Manager to ideate, define and optimize target audiences through organic and paid advertising, and digital content for the Company. This role will play a key role in defining the strategy, building tools, and analyzing advertising metrics to manage our digital corporate marketing strategy. This position will work closely with all cross functional teams to participate in our marketing calendar that incorporates all of our customer-facing experiences to be amplified across all media.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help build the Zuum strategy, collaborate with teams on alignment, and work cross-functionally to execute. Always have the latest content, fresh pages, and most engaging digital experience that supports Zuum’s culture and corporate goals.
• Develop digital ad campaigns surrounding virtual marketing and networking events, and/or podcasts.
• Manage the setup, adjustments, monitoring and reporting for digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with teams internally to continually execute SEO strategy and provide analytics around success.
• Define and optimize target audiences using keywords, keyword exclusions, ad copy, and competitive research with both creative and quantitative qualities.
• Advise our team of developers and designers on building landing pages, web pages, etc. that convert.
• Create/add/manage multimedia ads and budgets on a daily basis.
• Participate in the Zuum marketing calendar and work cross functionally - email, new content, new product launches, events, etc.
• Provide metrics/ scorecard for areas of responsibility as benchmark and share report cards monthly with the team on progress - adjust implementation as you study report cards for all portions of the business that you manage.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 5 years experience of combined Paid Ad Manager and/or Digital Marketing Specialist and Content Creator roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and/or vocational training or experience amounting to equivalent is required
• Strong advertising optimization knowledge and experience in improving click-through rates and costs per click
• Excellent at writing ad copy, performing A/B testing, and drip campaigns
• Advanced knowledge of retargeting ads, tracking, and reporting on conversion
• An eye for design, headlines, and creativity - an experience in creating content for podcasts is a plus
• Have a portfolio filled with examples of how their contributions assisted in the development of breakthrough digital content
• Thrive in a startup, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be responsible and well organized
• Attention to detail, strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• Strong team player with enthusiasm, positive attitude, and great sense of humor!
