    Pay: $18-21 per hour

    Shift: M-F 6-3pm or 7-4pm

    The Customer Service Representative is responsible for load statuses, updating & maintaining transportation management & proprietary operating systems and coordinating deliveries with all stakeholders. Also, the Customer Service Representative will be the primary liaison in all in-transit freight services with carriers & drivers while providing excellent customer service. Finally, they will provide quality assurance measures to further improve our technology.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the Operations Team with questions and customer reach outs via email and occasional phone calls
    • Respond to customer emails in a timely manner
    • Build shipments in customer transportation management & proprietary software
    • Upload carrier paperwork (insurance) and maintain proper collection (proof of delivery or POD) and documentation
    • Build & maintain relationships with key customers & carrier personnel
    • Collaborate on quality assurance (QA) of Zuum's proprietary software & discuss opportunities for improvement

    Who you are:

    • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, or other relevant experience
    • Proficient with computer, Microsoft Office, & Google Suite applications (particularly Word/Excel)
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to make real-time decisions with minimal guidance
    • Ability to operate with a high sense of urgency & in a fast-paced, demanding environment
    • Collaborative & a great team player
