Pay: $18-21 per hour
Shift: M-F 6-3pm or 7-4pm
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for load statuses, updating & maintaining transportation management & proprietary operating systems and coordinating deliveries with all stakeholders. Also, the Customer Service Representative will be the primary liaison in all in-transit freight services with carriers & drivers while providing excellent customer service. Finally, they will provide quality assurance measures to further improve our technology.
