JOB TITLE: FULL STACK WEB DEVELOPER

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:

Epimorphy LLC. is looking for a strong developer with 2-3 years professional experience in designing, developing and deploying Shopify websites. This role includes the maintenance of eCommerce websites that have separate Front-End and Back-End platforms and aiding in the re-platform transition to Shopify. This role also requires knowledge of RESTful APIs and the MVC architecture, as well as having strong communication skills. Please do not apply without a minimum of 2-3 years of professional development experience, not including bootcamps.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Work with the SDLC to deliver complete full stack applications.

· Optimize websites to be high performance with minimal load times and coordinate with our SEO specialist when needed.

· Help the re-platform transition onto Shopify.

· Help ensure marketing metrics and tracking codes/snippets are correctly implemented and meeting needs of marketing.

· Strong proficiency with Front-End frameworks such a Vuejs 2, React or other front-end framework on a Shopify site.

· Strong proficiency with HTML 5, CSS 3, SCSS and Bootstrap 4.

· Strong proficiency with Python including the Flask and Django frameworks.

· Have experience building REST APIs.

· Have experience with Authentication and Authorization utilizing JWT.

· Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

· Experience with Git and Docker.

· Experience with Linux.

· Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Route53).

· Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS (OPTIONAL):

· Experience with automated build and deployment via CI/CD.

· Experience with Shopify of Shopify Plus.

· Proficiency with NodeJS utilizing Express or Koa.

· Experience applying SEO best practices.

· Experience with A/B testing.

· A passion for high quality UX and attention to detail.

EDUCATION:

· Bachelors and/or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
