Job Title: IT Associate

Reports to: Director of Operations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

A. Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.

B. Respond to and document using helpdesk tickets all phone and email requests for technical

support.

C. Document, track, and monitor IT related equipment using helpdesk tickets.

D. Install/configure workstations, printers and servers according to company standards.

E. Perform necessary software installation and configuration according to company standards.

F. Migrate user data from old to new systems

G. Document as required any policies and/or changes to existing policies.

H. Printers – Zebra

I. Cloud phone system

Education and Experience

Position Requirements

• A B.A. in Computer Science or Information Technology

• A minimum 3.0 GPA is required for consideration.

• Knowledgeable in current Windows, Linux, and OSX environments

• Proficient in current versions of Microsoft Office Suite & O365

• Knowledgeable in TCP/IP, Security & Networking

• 5 or more years’ experience

• Help Desk and ticketing system

Preferred Experience and working knowledge of:

• Current Windows Server versions (2019)

• Active Directory & Group Policy

• Data server structure

• Group based file permissions

• SCCM/WSUS

• Network infrastructure - VLANS, IP address, routing, VPN, DNS

• Linux servers

• Cloud Systems

Phone system – Ring Central

AWS & Google Cloud

Unifi Access Point Management

Azure & Office 365
