    Our marketing team is responsible for lead generation at the top of the funnel, as well as supporting our customer facing departments responsible for bottom of the funnel success by providing on-brand materials for client education and training.

    We're looking to add a full-time content marketing coordinator focused on sales enablement to our team to primarily help us research, create and scale our client-facing materials. Your work here will make a serious impact on growing our business and you will take charge of the client materials side of our team under the direction of our Director of Marketing.

    You're the Perfect Candidate If:

    • You have at least 2+ years of professional content experience.
    • You excel at breaking down complex, technical information, then redesigning the delivery of it to communicate the concepts in a consumable, easy-to-understand format.
    • You are a big-picture thinker that listens to teammates individually to understand their content needs, then prioritizes execution according to what's best for the overall team effort to meet business goals.
    • You naturally combine analytical and logical abilities with a creative, polished finish.
    • Bad design makes you cringe on the inside.
    • You love pushing Powerpoint to its max!

    Tasks

    • You will act as the main content liaison between the marketing and the sales activation teams. You will work closely with the sales activation team members to understand what materials they need created or updated, then research and gather the internal and external information you need to include in the materials. Finally, you will work closely with the marketing team to create on-brand materials to fulfill those requests.
    • You will develop templates and create quality training materials to enable our sales team to reach and exceed their revenue goals. These materials will primarily be made using Powerpoint, with some use of Adobe CC as needed.
    • Examples of materials you will primarily research for and build will include slide decks, one-sheets, infographics, and web content to explain business processes, product and tactics, performance reports, case studies, vertical opportunities and more.
    • You will need to index and communicate your work in a way that makes it easy for other employees to access and benefit from your materials. You will work with the team to maintain and develop a sales enablement content calendar.
    • You will Identify and recommend the tools required to meet the needs of your responsibilities.
    • You will be called on to support projects related to other company and department goals as needed.
    • You will be responsible for navigating and tracking your priorities in an evolving startup environment.

    Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in a communications-related study like marketing, communication design, business or journalism.
    • Fluent in English, both verbal and written (drafting, copy editing, presenting ideas)
    • Natural curiosity about the digital advertising and marketing industries (the topic of the content you will be creating).
    • Ability to communicate information in an interesting way, pulling out the benefits, value, and story behind tactics, case studies and other materials.
    • Experience creating materials such as slide decks, case studies, one-sheets, and flyers. Ability to present related work samples.
    • Adapt and fast at building quality presentations and materials using Powerpoint and Adobe CC programs.
    • Eye for balanced and aesthetically pleasing design.
    • Organized task and project management skills to work towards a goal-driven workflow.
    • Ability to work well independently and in teams.

    Bonus

    • Previous experience working in the digital advertising industry.
    • Previous experience in content marketing; extra bonus if the focus was on sales enablement materials.
    • Experience working with Adobe Suite.
    • Submit a Powerpoint deck work sample that you created that showcases your abilities to communicate a technical concept with a polished design.
