Job Description :
A Lifetime of Smiles is an award winning, state of the art facility that is committed to providing the highest quality of care to our community in a fun, friendly atmosphere. We are a full service dental office with the most advanced equipment offering our patients preventative, restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, periodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontic procedures. We are fortunate to have the opportunity to improve patients' smiles and therefore, their lives.
This is an opportunity to work full time in our fast growing office and play a key role in our office as our insurance coordinator. You will help support our team by assessing our insurance claims, working reports, and communicating with patients on needed information.
What you will do :
Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts
Contact patients for up to date information
Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with accounts as well as records of any payments collected
Resolve issues concerning billing or insurance
Submit regular reports on the status of accounts
What you will bring :
Great written and verbal skills
The ability to maintain a great attitude
The knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
The experience working in a fast-paced office
The ability to standard prolonged periods of sitting and standing
