WHAT THE TICKET RESOLUTION REPRESENTATIVE DOES:
· Verifies patient information from website or phone calls.
· Requests updated face sheets from the facility
· Requests medical records from the facility as needed
· Enters appropriate insurance codes
· Enters patient demographic information into Medsuite
· Enters anesthesia charges
· Corrects posted charges by doing charge reversals
WHAT EXPERIENCE WE REQUIRE:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Two years in medical billing preferred
· Strong working knowledge of medical billing, medical terminology and physician practices
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to make decisions in a timely fashion that is sound, accurate and supported by the reasoning and inclusion appropriate people
· Must be able to prioritize and accomplish objectives in a timely fashion
