    We are currently looking to add a VP, Sales Manager (player/coach) to help train, develop, manage and retain our advertiser sales team.  This role will have a significant impact on both revenue and the culture within adMarketplace. This position will be work closely with our CRO as well as department heads to develop a high performing sales organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, scaling teams domestically as well as internationally. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

    -Close new business with Fortune 300 clients -Create effective strategies to hire, train, develop and retain top sales talent -Work with sales team to ensure best practices and quality controls are put in place from account research to connectivity to execution, all the way through the close   -Oversee pipeline management and ensure processes are in place to track sales cycle   -Assist as needed to close new business with sales executives   -Attend conference and networking events for new business opportunities 

    REQUIREMENTS: -At least 7+ years as a top performer in B2B (Saas/adtech preferred) enterprise sales, pitching to AVP-level and above -Proven and effective team leader with a passion for creating winning sales teams -Created training playbooks and led ongoing trainings -Data-savvy and comfortable discussing technology -Strong prospecting, presentation, and relationship building experience. -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and bonus if also   comfortable with Google Slides and CRM via SalesForce -Highly analytical mindset -Strong leadership and communication skills
