Full-time, paid 10-week internship from May->September 2022 (Flexible start and end dates)Assist with the day-to-day management of all non-technical tasks, including company strategy, sales and marketing, human resources, finance/accounting, investor relations, and field operations.Complete special projects to help lay the foundation for bringing our start-up to scale, such as:Creating a consistent brand experience to improve customer experience and sales conversion ratesEvaluating new business lines, including, market size, competition, pricing and go-to-market strategiesExploring potential business partnerships to help the company scale operationsImplementing sustainable HR practices for onboarding, performance, and company cultureAbility to create your own projects and innovate within our culture of ‘see a problem and fix it’Here’s what we’ll look for when we select someone to join the team.
