The ideal candidate will possess marketing expertise in SaaS, AI, and/or ML, along with diverse marketing communications, content marketing, digital marketing, public relations. This role requires a strong passion for working on marketing campaigns that wow online audiences, a collaborative spirit to drive digital content with colleagues, customers, and partners, a curiosity in the latest digital marketing tools, and attention to detail.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with customers.

What You Would Do:

• Create your personal objectives and key results that will correspond to the company’s OKRs.

• Establish aixplain as a thought leader within set parameters.

• Evangelize the content creation process internally, with partners and customers.

• Lead in creating content policies, process, and “how to” presentations.

• Provide daily support managing and developing content for aixplain’s website and SOCIAL MEDIA platforms.

• Manage advertising on social media channels.

• Oversee aixplain’s digital media channels.

• Engage third party media to cover aixplain.

• Create marketing communication CAMPAIGNS in line with product launch objectives.

• Assist with the implementation of program-specific, multi-channeled, integrated marketing and communication plans for aixplain.

• Assist with BRAND management and increasing brand equity.

• Create and maintain reports to track the results of communications activities.

• Leverage existing and create new communications tools, processes, and practices that are aligned with relevant standards and policies.

• Work with other departments and external communication service providers to gather deliverables and track against project plans.

• Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams.

Your Qualifications are:

• Proficiency in English verbal and written communication.

• BSc/BA in information technology, marketing communication, business administration, journalism.

• Relevant AI, NLP experience in marketing communications is a plus.

• 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE in a marketing communications role.

• Proficiency in mmhmm, Biteable, WordPress, Keynote/Google Slides, Monday.com, Canva, Mailchimp, Airtable, Sales CRM (Zoho CRM is a plus), Buffer.
