    We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Building Associate to help us build and grow our business. You will be part of the front of the company and will have the dedication to contribute and apply an effective sales strategy leveraging consultative and platform business building approaches.

    The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with customers.

    What You Would Do:

    • Understand the business, our technical advantage, and unique positioning

    • Collaboratively work with the business and marketing teams on deepening our existing targeted markets and customer base 

    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

    • Identify and develop repeatable business cases leveraging our technology offering 

    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

    • Prospect, reach out to, and arrange business meetings with prospective customers

    • Promote the company’s products addressing or predicting customer objectives

    • Work with partners, internal teams, and customers to determine best use-cases and business impact, deployment, and adoption of AI/ML and related technologies, etc.

    • Contribute to the development of business building and sales collaterals

    • Move the customer through the pipeline, using the tools and documents developed by the product, marketing, and business teams

    • Understand and uncover customers’ challenges in adopting AI/ML, and show how aiXplain solutions can help them provide new services, new capabilities, and new efficiencies

    • Work closely with account teams and sales and technical leadership to build programs that accelerate adoption of AI/ML, including generating technical content and white papers

    • Define and deploy AI/ML business outreach campaigns and work with sales and field teams to implement them

    • Maintain accurate  and updated records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. on the CRM

    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

    • Develop  regular sales reports

    • Effectively present, highly technical and/or AI solutions and architectures   to audiences with limited or no experience in machine learning solutions

    • Achieve sales targets

    Your Qualifications are:

    • Proficiency in English verbal and written communication
    • BSc/BA in information technology, engineering, computer science, business administration
    • Relevant AI, NLP experience in business development or product management
    • 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE in a business building/development role with proven consultative and/or tech/SaaS platform sales experience
    • Have created/contributed to collateral writing
