    Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the National Health and Productivity practice. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Develops and maintains scalable, professional client and member facing Health & Productivity program communication templates;
    • Documents and optimizes processes related to Health & Productivity consulting practices;
    • Develops and maintains job aids and other related materials including toolkits and hot topic materials;
    • Develops, maintains and delivers Health & Productivity related training content;
    • Manages processes related to internal and client facing webinars and in-person Health & Productivity events;
    • Manages central contracts, renewals and invoice payments;
    • Monitors and updates Health & Productivity benchmarking materials;
    • Handles day-to-day Q&A support for Alliant team members related to National Health & Productivity resources and consulting best practices;
    • Manages and optimizes central content resource library (AlliantNet);
    • Coordinates regularly scheduled Health & Productivity team meetings including, preparation of agendas, transcribing notes, and coordinating action items as necessary;
    • Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);
    • Other duties as required.

    QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience  4-6 years related work experience; 2+ years related work experience in health promotion, worksite wellness, public health or benefits management required

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical, organization and prioritization skills Excellent problem solving and time management skills Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
