SUMMARY Responsible for downloading contracts from various client data websites that relate to clients who are involved in acquiring, selling, constructing, financing and operating various power generating facilities, such as windfarms, solar farms and gas combustion plants. Responsible for reviewing and summarizing insurance requirements for each contract, as well as preparing summaries of the applicable insurance policies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Reviews and summarizes contractual requirements, including providing commentary to those requirements that do not meet industry standards;  • Compares contractual requirements to the insurance requirements and the Credit Agreement for compliance;    • Prepares summaries of insurance policies, including terms and conditions for Third Party Liability, Property Insurance, and other applicable coverages;  • Updates insurance report with policy information; • Maintains project list of assigned duties to be distributed to the team weekly;• Assists with client invoicing, on an as needed basis;   • Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information); • Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 2-4 years working experience Casualty, energy/oil and gas, liability and property insurance experience desired   SKILLS Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Good planning, organizational and priortization skills Ability to work within a team and take direction from senior team members Good time management skills including ability to work independently on a deadline basis and if required, assign task to additional team member(s) Proficient in Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook) We are proud to provide comprehensive, high quality employee programs to meet employees’ needs now and in the future, including a very competitive financial package.
