Looking for Help: Fun PT July assistant coordinator PT personal assistant/coordinator to manage the sale of high-end furniture and decor. The Job includes: 1. Location: Must be in Dallas / Plano area given (WFH) however it will include frequent visits to the house when necessary 2. Skills: smart, agile, organized/good if digital savvy with more fun if "into" decor (but not necessary!) 3. Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours a week for 4 weeks. 4. Responsibilities include: -the organization and pricing of items to be sold -photography of items (many with backdrops and on editing apps) -the management of the online marketplaces (cherish, 1st dibs, and Facebook) -3rd party marketplace store presence merchandising and management -customer communications (inquiries and negotiations) -shipping, pick up, and or drop off of items (the high-end marketplaces include these services but need to be managed) -inventory of items and reporting
