About the Role:

Join our team and help us find awesome caregivers to support our clients. As a Staffing Recruiter, you'll play a key role in bringing in the right people to provide quality home care from our offices located in Willow Park, TX 76087.

What We're Looking For:

A knack for finding and encouraging new talent.

Good communication skills to connect with potential candidates.

Ability to tackle recruitment challenges creatively.

Organized approach to manage recruitment drives.

Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.

1-2 years HR experience

1-3 years recruiting experience

Your Responsibilities:

Run recruitment campaigns

Network to find potential candidates

Help new hires get started successfully

Stay updated with the latest in recruitment

Support HR initiatives

Skills Needed:

Experience in recruitment, healthcare background a plus.

Knowledge of home care industry a plus.

Good at talking to people and solving problems.

Can handle multiple tasks and experience with ATS programs.

Able to work well on your own or with others.

High school diploma needed; some college or HR experience would be great.

Comfortable with basic computer and online tools.
