    We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. Responsibilities: • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Respond to all leads • Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties • Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections to get the deal signed • Make calls and drive neighborhoods to develop new leads • Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects • Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially • Must use the CRM Daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Associate’s degree required and/or Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from college or university preferred • 3-5 years of sales closing experience required • 5+ years of call center or car sales dealership management experience in a sales environment is preferred • Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required • Quick on your feet • Professional in attitude and appearance • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Passionate about selling • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Independent and self-motivated • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
