Settlement Negotiator

The Settlement Negotiator position is an elite role within our Debt Settlement Organization. Settlement Negotiators are directly responsible for delivering our Settlement product to our clients by Negotiating their debts with creditors. This is an exciting and rewarding position that drives the success of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiating Lowest Possible Settlement on unsecured loans and lines of credit
• Creating contacts and developing relationships with collection representative working at hundreds of different Debt Collection Agencies across the U.S.
• Monitoring and identifying trends relating to the movement of accounts throughout the collections process
• Reviewing Client Debt Portfolios to determine best plan of action for settling their debt
• Using system tools to group together common debts from numerous clients in an effort to enhance strength of negotiations with a given agency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in high level Sales or Negotiations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to be persuasive, strategic, analytical, and make sound decisions under pressure
