Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.

Provide accurate estimates and explain service options to clients.

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Follow up with customers regarding service updates and recommendations.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history.

Ensure a clean and organized service environment for clients.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.

Proficiency in automotive systems and repair processes.

Previous experience in a service advisor or customer service role.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
