Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models

Conduct engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical system repairs

Use diagnostic scan tools and equipment to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues

Complete thorough multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings clearly

Maintain accurate repair orders and document all work performed

Mentor and support junior technicians on the shop floor

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work bay

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience as a lead or A-level technician

ASE certifications preferred (Master Technician status a plus)

Proficiency with diagnostic tools, scan equipment, and repair software

Strong knowledge of engine, drivetrain, electrical, and HVAC systems

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Own a complete set of professional-grade tools

Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
