Are you an experienced Team Supervisor - Inside Sales looking for a new opportunity with a GREAT company? As a Team Supervisor - Inside Sales, you will be responsible for providing oversight and leadership for the Police Crash Assistance (PCA) inside sales team and for your own sales goals. This team presents and sells the value of the CARFAX Law Enforcement Solutions to Police and Sheriff’s departments nationally.

As a Team Supervisor - Inside Sales you will:

• Provide leadership and coaching to inside sales team of four sales representatives
• Allocate work and monitor progress
• Communicate expectations and provide feedback
• Ensure inside sales team meets established metrics
• Develop and execute incentives and contests
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Keep the team motivated, happy and hungry for more

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an inside sales team supervisory role
• Inside sales experience selling to B2B and Government customers
• Quota attainment success with inside sales
• Salesforce or CRM experience
• Ability to connect with decision makers and influence others
• Ability to articulate the value proposition of the CARFAX suite of Law Enforcement tools and products
