JOIN OUR WINNING TEAM A FIELD MARKETING MANAGER
Become part of an exciting team with a mission to acquire, retain and
grow revenue with pre-owned car dealer prospects and/or subscribers in
the U.S. and Canada. This position will take a leadership role in the
planning, development and implementation of critical rep tools and
materials to help support our national field force and make every dealer
contact more effective. This role will support a 100+ sales organization
and reports to the Head of Dealer Marketing.

AS THE FIELD MARKETING MANAGER:
- Lead the implementation and knowledge of rep tools and materials to
be used during meetings, visits, online and over the phone to help
communicate the CARFAX value proposition and to help achieve
corporate goals and objectives. Such tools include, but are not
limited to, our rep iPad application, performance reporting for
dealers, monthly dealer scorecard, etc.
- Develop rep training materials including FAQs, Talking Points,
rollout overview documents, etc. on a variety of topics.
- Provide support for various internal rep and dealer targeted events
such as our regular field meetings, annual automotive conventions
and other industry conferences, events and sponsorships.
- Lead our internal communications efforts with the dealer-facing
field teams including the weekly wrap-up communications, weekly
field calls, rep contests, etc.
- Serve as primary liaison to product management team and develop
go-to-market plans for new products and enhancements.

Marketing efforts to help drive towards our goals and objectives.
- STRONG INTERPERSONAL SKILLS – Must be able to interact and
communicate effectively with all levels within the company and
build consensus.
- B2B MARKETING – Experience in a B2B marketing environment using
mediums such as direct mail, broadcast fax, e-mail, online and
offline advertising, customer communications, rep tools, Web site
content, industry conferences and events.
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT – Ability to effectively manage and coordinate
multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines and a strict
attention to detail.
- ANALYTICAL SKILLS – Ability to understand, track, analyze and use
information to develop more effective marketing programs.
- EXECUTION ORIENTED – Must be focused on making sure projects are
executed on time and within budget.
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL – Must be able to perform to exceptional
standards of quality and workmanship.
- SENSE OF URGENCY – Must be able to accomplish tasks quickly and
accurately with minimal direction and supervision.
- RESULTS DRIVEN – Must be self-motivated towards achieving
departmental and company wide goals.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications or related
field required.
- Minimum of 5 – 7 years’ experience in a direct marketing
environment, ideally B2B, and supporting a sales organization.
- Some overnight travel required – approximately one trip per month
(approximately 25%)
