    b8ta is entering a new phase of retail with their livestreaming shopping platform, designed to bring the latest products to virtual customers across the country. A vital part of b8ta’s retail innovation, the Producer is one part account lead and one part live producer who creates content that drives engagement, viewership, and sales by demonstrating how the latest innovative products can enhance our customers' lives. The Producer manages the client project workflows and communication of all assigned projects. The producer has to wear the hat of the creative, the account person, the production company, the client, and the audience.

    THIS JOB IS BASED IN THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED TO TRAVEL TO SAN FRANCISCO, PALO ALTO, AND SAN JOSE FREQUENTLY.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Be the account lead on multiple and concurrent projects to guarantee overall quality of work and ensure the project is delivered on time, on or under budget and free of error. 

    • Work with a team of creatives, producers, sales, and engineering in the execution and development of a live content strategy that includes ecommerce, existing social media platforms and new distribution platforms.

    • Assist with developing content per client expectations and in line with current events, trending topics, and pop culture in a way that is relevant to the brand and its customer base.

    • Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the creative output, ensuring client’s style guide standards are being met.

    • Execute live streaming concepts, maintain quality standards 

    • Oversee production, manage schedules, book talent and coordinate merchandise / inventory requirements

    • Control the flow of incoming brand assets and requirements from sales and marketing

    • Work with programming department and brand partner to book studios and schedule broadcast times, manage distribution plans

    • Work with talent department to source host(s) / talent

    • Collaborate with and develop hosts and build community connections that can bring potential special guests to our live streams 

    • Track music use

    • Ensure all videos are quality controlled and also delivered back to brand partners as required

    • Track QC process for live shows and fix and/or trim as needed

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 5 years of related experience with an agency or production company in live streaming, social media, content production, e-commerce, or commercial production

    • Meticulous attention to detail; proficient in project and file management, including project wrap notes

    • Proficient in Google Workplace and Adobe Creative Suite.

    • Eager and capable of working in a fast-paced, changing environment while simultaneously producing quality work under tight deadlines

    • Strong interpersonal, collaborative and effective communication skills

    • Experience working with clients, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams (editorial, marketing, sales, engineering, legal, operations). 

    • Experience prepping materials such as itemized shot lists for shoots, robust production timelines, campaign trackers, story scripts and creative kick off agendas for contractors or vendors

    • Manage third-party partners and/or vendors and ensure their deliverables are provided on time, in good quality, and within budget

    • Field inbound questions and requests as related to production, execution, timelines, and production fees

    • Well rounded digital background and skills ranging from creative to technical

    • Manage deliverables and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders

    • Excellent writing and communication skills
