Ballard and Ballard Jewelers is an independently owned fine jewelry retailer since 1917. We are looking for someone who is passionate and loves to work surrounded by fine jewelry. Responsibilities: • Deliver world-class customer service and support to customers before, during, and after the sale process • Generate sales through effective client building • Handle all aspects of the sale including client questions, sales transactions including the invoicing, and production timelines • Answering phone calls, texts, and emails regarding customer questions and orders Qualifications: • High School graduate • Computer and Internet Savvy • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision • Ability to interact with others in a professional, tactful, and sensitive manner Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
