Job Description
As a BI Analyst at Airfox, you will be responsible for the end-to-end analytical view of 1-2 of our product squads. You will work with your squad to determine how to measure & communicate the health of the platform (is everything working?), app usage (are customers getting value from our app?), data (is our data organized and accurate?), whilst staying alert for risks and opportunities to grow and improve the customer experience.
You will build and analyze reports for both your squad and requests from across the company, spanning: app usage funnel, user segmentation, product stability, NPS, and even LTV. You will collaborate with data engineers to improve data from internal systems and 3rd parties, as well as develop the data tables and events for new features.
The BA area is fairly new at Airfox, so you will also have the opportunity to grow, develop and improve processes. As Airfox is still a young and growing company, your analyses and ideas will influence major company decisions.
Experience with business analysis, SQL, data manipulation tools, and an ease of learning new technologies is required. Portuguese language skills are preferred.
This is a unique moment to join the Airfox team, as the company and user base are both rapidly growing with the addition of new products for accessing credit and managing microentrepreneurial business accounts, both expected to be released in the coming months. This means that, more-than-ever, this year Airfox will have the ability to change the financial lives of our Brazilian users!
