Real Estate Assiatant / Marketing Coordinator Luxury Real Estate Team looking for a full time Assiatant, individual with following qualities and background: 1. Transaction experience 2. Tract contract time-frames, to ensure transactions close on time 3. Review contracts to ensure completion 4. Obtain signatures from both parties, either directly or through agent and or escrow by doc u sign 5. Email those evolved in the transaction (agents, TC, escrow, inspectors etc) 6. Schedule showings, inspections, Appraisals, etc 7. Marketing coordination, social media postings ( everything related for advertising and Broachers etc) 8. Maintain and develop database for organization 9. Website update add or modify listings, agent updates and client feedbacks 10. Client interaction, send Thank you cards, reach out for reviews, etc 11. Create Broachers, Flyers, Marketing Pieces (both in print and by email) for new listings and open houses and other ads etc 12. Represent the agents duties 13. Attend Open Houses as needed, and makes rounds to check on all listings making sure there are Broachers present and add and pick up cards, make sure doors are locked and lights are off 14. Attend property showings as needed 15. Represent the company in the Community and Events and understand the city events and activities where working including updating activities and news updates for Social Media ideas and Blogs etc 16. Make business purchases for office supplies, open house and gifts etc 17. Other responsibilities as needed and required Qualifications: .BA from College ( not required) office experience preferred but not required .Prior Writing and Proof Reading experience both professionally and personally .Computers experience with PC and MAC .Be able to type 40-50 words wpm .Experience with creative design - Flyer Designs, Broachers, News letters or similar power points on Microsoft word. . MLS experience and knowledge of navigation . Doc-u-Sign knowledge, E signature . People person, friendly and knows how to make friends easily . Neat and knows how to organize others and be organized and neat . Experience with social media ( Facebook, Twitter, etc) . Computer and user friendly skills, a must Assitant Attitude: .Win-Win personality and attitude . Offensive player NOT Defensive or passive . Knows how's to work under pressure to accomplish the goal, knows how to Multi-Task . Quick learner and does not need to be repeatedly told the job title . Non-Complainer, attempts everything and does not know the word NO . Note- This is a Career NOT a Job . Understands and knows it's not about them but the client and the situation . Dresses neat and comes to work clean and ready (50 percent of the job is showing up) . Team Player, it's the game . Understands Luxury ( not just real estate but world of luxury in clothing, jewelry, automobiles KNOWS THE GOOD LIFE ) does research on their time to understand and learn what our clients like and take direction from their likings . Knows how to listen before responding . Multi-Tasking is a must . Honest person and has ethical mind set . We don't want to baby sit anyone, need a mature adult A little about us...
