    Job Description

    We are seeking a ConnectWise Support person(s) to join our team! The candidate will be responsible for providing support and some consulting to our clients

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work with the team to provide the client with solutions within the ConnectWise suite of products
    • Provide as needed support and training on ConnectWise suite of products 
    • Document, in detail, what was done on the client system
    • Perform routine audits of client(s) system to ensure compliancy
    • Assist in project scheduling and administrative tasks

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in ConnectWise Products (all or some is fine)
    • At least 6 months experience using ConnectWise Manage
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Ability to work well in teams
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    This position will be filled by an applicant with aptitude of the system and not necessarily "best practices" of the product. We are looking for someone who can think out of the box and/or is willing to learn new ways to utilize CW tools. Our owner has developed a proprietary way of configuring ConnectWise Manage that encompasses business process to ensure the tool is being utilized properly and effectively.
