About the Role:
Belle ABA Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Marlborough, MA! In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals by delivering applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings
Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
Monitor client progress and report observations to the supervising BCBA
Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines
Collaborate with families and caregivers to support generalization of skills
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities is a plus
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed
Must pass a background check prior to employment
