OUR MISSION:  To help our visitors reach their health, fitness and appearance goals through information, motivation, and supplementation. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cycle-counts are completed within 30 days and inventory accuracy is maintained or improved
• Top selling pick locations are replenished daily
• Returns are completed daily
• Damaged or obsolete products are recorded and inventory is adjusted to reflect changes
• SKUs are continuously relocated to most efficient pick locations
• Overstock is properly labeled and organized to maximize space
• Proper use and maintenance of lift trucks
• Manage the tasks of all receiving employees in absence of Inventory Manager, including but not limited to:
• Counting and adjusting inventory each day
• Ensuring all daily Inventory Control tasks are completed while maintaining or improving labor costs
• Tracking and managing all new SKUs
• Managing the organization and cleanliness of the inventory and overstock areas
• Responding to email inquiries in a timely manner
• Scheduling shipments as required
• Completing DC to DC transfers as requested
• Communicating with Outbound Department to best manage daily labor and workload
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required to complete daily job tasks that must be completed within scheduled work hours

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position working in a distribution or manufacturing environment
• Proven management ability to direct team members
• Excellent communication skills at a cross functional level through all levels of the company
• Excellent time and task management skills
• Computer literacy required – must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Demonstrated ability in basic mathematics and the ability to follow and enforce the adherence to inventory management procedures
• Must be able to lift 50lbs without restrictions
