The SDR will develop prospect accounts and then hand-off those qualified leads to the Account Executive team for them to close. The SDR will use all available resources to find the right qualified opportunities including: the phone, email, LinkedIn, database research, partnering with the CS team to get customer referrals, etc.  This role is vital to the organization with a high level of visibility to help achieve revenue goals.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Identify and create new qualified sales-ready leads in target accounts for Account Executives
    • Research accounts to map out organizational structure and identify key decision makers
    • Conduct high level conversations with executives at prospective accounts to generate interest and produce qualified opportunities
    • Execute on established demand generation process (cold calling, research contacts, list building, sending emails, and making discovery calls)
    • Qualify outbound opportunities and develop a strong pipeline for the Account Executive team via phone and email communications
    • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure department revenue objectives are met
    • Parter with the appropriate Account Executives, educating the representative about the appropriate prospect account details and background
    • Maintain detailed reporting in CRM

    Required Skills and Experiences

    • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
    • Passion for technology and possess a high level of integrity
    • Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills, with a positive and energetic phone presence
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Self-starter & hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement
    • Ability to identify opportunity qualifications and effectively manage objections to a positive resolution
    • Team player with ability to work in a high-energy start-up environment
    • Sales training, pre-call planning, or CRM experience is a plus
    • 1-3 years experience as a Sales Development Representative
